it's one thing to tell your customers up front that it's first come first serve - but it's another thing to NOT tell them that, send them a purchase agreement, decline a deposit, sell a truck from under them and THEN tell them it's first come first serve. real good business practice right there! I guess customer relationships aren't really that important, it's a lot easier to just make quick money and burn bridges in the process. good luck with that. one less place to recommend to people for us! :)

Seeing the below reviews I was extremely nervous about buying from J and S but now that it's done I can say this was easily the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Jon was easy to negotiate with. The communication and fallow up was impeccable! When I thought it was to good to be true he even sent a driver to pick me up from the airport! All in all a great experience. If he was located in MN I would send all my friends and family to him.
While at the bank getting the check for a vehicle at this place I received a text saying it was sold. This was after I offered a deposit, which he declined. This truck was sold 4 hours after me and him agreeing that I will be out that day to get it. In the pictures you can see his reasoning for these awful business practices.
